Default Check VGRS Check VSC warning Light HELP!

Just picked up an 2007 LS460L about 2 weeks ago. It is out of warranty so I am scared of what might the price might be to fix this. So the problem:
4 Lights came on the other day.
1x Check VGRS System
1x Check VSC
1x Check engine light
1x Squiggly line
Currently the car drives fine. Doesn't seem to have any problems whatsoever. I did some research and some people said it might be a battery issue, or perhaps a gas cap issue. I find it weird to see how those two can throw it off. I will be replacing the battery just to check. Just wondering if anyone else out there has had the same issue and hopefully it could be an easy fix.
Also, There was a recall on the VGRS system for the ls460 but only the 09 10 model. Why is that? Would i be able to fix mine under that recall even though my car is a 2007?

did you add gas recently? a loose gas cap WILL trigger CEL and possibly some of those lights. in my experience that's one of the most common situations where people suddenly see those lights.

i hope it's nothing major

recall only applies on the specific years. if yours not included then they will not apply it

I'm not normally one to be the "search function" Police, but there's so many topics on this problem. There's probably two other threads regarding the same issue on the 1st page here.

For me was a mis-threaded gas cap that seemed to trigger some of these lights

Thanks 1putt. definitely going to try that.
rominil. The light actually came on near the end of full tank. Probabaly pumped gas around a week ago. I dont see how a gas cap wil throw off the VGRS light tho. since it deals with steering. but i will try it out anyways.
