I tried to jam four sets of golf clubs in the trunk of my 2008 460. Had to push the trunk to close it - A MISTAKE. The remotes then to open the trunk from the dash and and the trunk lid would beep but the trunk would not open. Used the manual key on top of the license plate to finally open the trunk and that worked BUT then the remotes (dash and back of car) would not work - would beep but wouldn't open the trunk. Then, checked the fuse for the opener in the trunk compartment and it was OK..
FINALLY - disconnected the ground from the battery for 10 seconds( battery difficult to get to!!) and that solved the problem.

For trunk issues it's usually that or check the valet trunk disable switch in the glove compartment.
