Any update to this. I just got an 08 LS460 and want to lower but everyone seems to have issues with alignment regardless or springs only or coilovers. I don't want to be going through front tires every season.
Are there any coilover companies that come with adjustable camber plates or something now to fix the alignment issues. I'm looking for a conservative drop of maybe 1.5-1.75 all around and dont mind spending a little more for coilovers and firmer ride. I just don't understand spring rates etc and dont want to end up with a car that is dumped to the ground and rock hard, I get that from my 911 or something too mush and "floating"

The largest wheel i want to do is 20", anything bigger is asking for trouble with the road conditions here in Toronto. I guess i will try the springs only option and see how i like it.
