I covered my car daily at work. The mirror pockets are an absolute must in that case. It aids tremendously in putting the cover on and off. To remove, roll the cover from the front of the car to the mirrors, and then roll the cover from the rear to the mirrors. Then remove one side from the mirror and fold it over towards the other side of the car. Fold remainder and remove from the other mirror. Now you have a nicely folded package that can be thrown in the trunk and is easy to install by the reverse of above.
The mirror pockets on the Lexus cover provides a snug fit and helps hold the cover on the car. It will not blow off easily and does not require a tiedown. Besides, you never want to tie the cover down when it looks like you may have bad weather. Not good on the finish.

PICS!!! as promised! the 1ST is sum BS from autozone for $69.99 ... if the wind blow the cover would be gone! its sloppy and you need at leat 2 ppl to put the samn thing on! so annoying!
the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th pics are of the lexus custom fitted cover! love it! $379.99 is not a nice price but it is made from a more superior fabric and the fit is perfect and very tight! its EZ for one person to install!

You might consider cutting the "bag" off. Of little use, and personally I didn't want to have the thing trapped by the trunk lid as it's just something to deform the rubber seal.
