Default Michelin Primacy MXM4

I replaced the OEM tires a few weeks ago at 15,000 miles after hydroplaning on slightly wet roads. In addition to the poor traction/cornering control (both wet and dry) they were extremely noisy. Pretty bad tires for a car the quality of an LS.

I purchased 4 Michelin Primacy MXM4 Grand Touring AS 245/45R29 tires from Tire Rack (delivered the next day). They are fairly new and have received pretty good reviews. Had them installed at my Lexus dealer and I couldn't be happier. MUCH better gripping than the OEM's in both wet and dry conditions and MUCH quieter. Granted I've only had them on the car for 3 weeks but so far they are great.

You put 29"s on your LS? Did you have to swap out the factory suspension with the one from the LX470?

j/k

BTW what OEM tires came with your 2010? Because If I remember correctly mine came with Michelin Pilot Sports A/S. And they were great! Better than the Continentals on my car now. But then again I got my car CPO, so the previous owner might have upgraded the tires from OEM.

I beleive that the OEM's were Bridgestone Turanza EL42's. If I had the Pilot Sport A/S I never would have had to change them out so early. I should have done it much sooner.

There was a typo in my original post. The tires are 245/45R19, not 29's. Thats the standard size for the LS Sport.
