Advise on So. Florida dealers
Can anyone recommend a Miami or Kendall Lexus dealer which has done work on your car that you would recommend? I am getting ready for the valve spring recall and would like to "try" and get the best. Here anyway.

I deal with Lexus of North Miami. Just had the recall done and they took really good care of me. If you need the name of a service rep, PM me. Besides the actual service, the gym, massage, salon, lounge, pool tables and everything else in there, they have good service.

^the problem with them is that you can NEVER get forwarded to the service center when you call and they put you on hold forever...I will say they have a superior carwash to JM, but otherwise I have trusted JM...
I was at NM today for my battery replacement as it was the closest dealership and I will say they were enthusiastic about doing the recall on the LS460 and wanted to me to schedule with them asap though they wouldn't take the car today but said whenever they do it would take 3 days...

I haven't had the problem of being on hold. The few times I've called, they've always gotten me thru pretty quickly. Now on the other hand, they did tell me that it would be 3 days as well but it took them a week. Dropped off Wednesday morning and picked up tuesday. I did get a call daily to update me though. Now onto the carwash. When I had the stock wheels, it was great, but I guess since they use a drive thru sort of wash, the wheels are cleaned by brushes. Since my wheels have the sharp edges, it leaves the grime from the brushes only wheels. So I've just asked them to do the interior and leave the exterior the same. She gets washed at least weekly anyways.
