Overall, the refresh seems subtle but nice to me. The 460, 460L have modest updates that keep a classy design looking good, the turn signals and added tailamp cues are nice. There is now a 5-seat Exec Class package option, which is welcome, and the Night Vision now levels the 'LS automatic parking vs. S night vision' comparos...the LS adds its advanced pedestrian detection to that.
The 'SZ' version is interesting, I wonder if they will sell it as the LS F-Sport or something here. And the L-Select program with 2-tone...didn't I predict that earlier this April? The glaring difficulty for me is the LSh grille, which I think is not as nice as the LF-Sh grille (although to be fair, this one has more airflow).

Wow! That LS 600h L's grill is hideous. Wait till we see the GS 450h and RX 450h new hybrid grill...yikes!!!

I love that Lexus is starting to design different levels for each model. I like the regular model, love the SZ model, and think the hybrid version is alright. I would come up with better wheel designs, with the exception of the SZ. The wheels look a but Infiniti FX-ish and the gauge cluster is def. has a resemblance to the Mercedes S. Contrary to other members, I actually like the 600hL's grille. I think Lexus will start using this grill exclusively for the brand's Hybrid vehicles as an effort to set them apart.
