Difficulty Finding Front Suspension Parts...Advice?
Hi all!
I am having difficulty finding front suspension bushings or arms for my 2008 LS600HL AWD Air Suspension.
I ordered all the replacement bushings online, changed out the Upper Control Arm Bushings on both sides, but quickly realized that the parts that arrived for the lower were very different than OEM.
I came to find out that even though the parts were advertised as LS600 AWD, it must be for the LS460, and most likely a vehicle without Air Suspension. And now that I know what the parts look like, I can visually see that every other part on eBay/Amazon is at least pictured as an LS460.
The Main Lower Control arm has a larger bolt that attaches to the chassis vs the LS460. Same thing on the Front Lower Support Arm, the Bushing that connects to the chassis uses a much larger bolt, so there is no way an LS460 bushing will fit the 600.
The air suspension is also molded with a large male bolt on the end, vs what looks like an extended bushing bolt guide that is most likely found on the LS460 or at least vehicles without air suspension. I know it's hard to explain
I'm not having luck getting Dealers to give me advice or even prices on the parts over the phone / email. Most likely because they know I am not paying for labor and trying to get a decent price on the parts to DIY.
Advice on where to buy and not have the same issue, receiving the wrong parts again? Really wish Sewell Lexus was still selling parts online for the CL fans.
Thanks in advance

A few pictures attached showing the 600HL suspension :
The bushing in the plastic bag is what was sent to me...and the bushing it is suppose to replace is still attached to the arm in Picture One.
The Second picture shows the bottom of the OEM air strut for my 600HL.
Compare the bottom of the air strut to what you find all day online advertised as 600HL suspension :

Sorry to hear about your situation but it probably the type of parts you can only get at the dealership.

I got mine from 1aauto and they were very helpful over the phone. I would call them and see if they could help you identify the part you need. 1-888-844-3393. 1aauto.com
