07 Ls and 13 Ls suspension
#2
I wondered the same thing. My mom just got a new '13 and I bought her '07. I've got a fairly good eye for under car stuff having done tires and alignments for 30 years or so. I've had a good look under both cars with good light.
I can see no design changes at all in the suspension itself, front or rear. The front subframe looks a little different where the steering rack attaches. Because the '13's a major mid-cycle refresh I'd guess many suspension parts have changed bushings and therefore different part numbers. Some subtle geometry changes are likely but not easily seen.
I read that Lexus claims 3000+ parts are new on the '13. I'd guess most of those involve the new dash and interior along with front and rear facias.

I suspect all the common parts that are known to fail have had a slight redesign but the geometry is all the same. Things like bushings and maybe something with the air struts but I have not confirmed any of this. Makes sense if they did because they've paid out a lot of dealers that have changed out these parts under warranty

I was reading the 2008 & 2013 LS460(L) Production Information and notice that the Ground Clearance for 2008 with air suspension is 5.7 in. and 2013 F Sport with air suspension is 4.7. However, for the 2008 LS460 (L) RWD & AWD with standard coil suspension is 6.1 in. and 2013 LS460 (L) RWD & AWD with standard coil suspension is 5.1 in.
