Default Questions on the LS's

New member here that posted on the GS3 forum as I was looking at those until I drove the LS AWD. I was wondering what people thought of the Mark Levinson system over the std system and if it was worth the extra $. I found the exact car I wanted but without the ML system. Also, was wondering if folks were getting these close to invoice or not as I have been told by 2 dealers they would move one at invoice.

Thanks in advance

to me it's night and day, especially the mark levinson reference system. it's so much better than stock in almost every aspect and together with the dvd option (assume you have nav) it's unbeatable for the price imho

i don't know about current pricing, but with the market, i am not surprised about invoice or even a bit under invoice

ML is a mind blowing stereo system.

ML in the LS is the best I've heard. I didn't think the difference between the standard sound and ML sound was very significant in the GS line but in the LS there's a huge difference.

Yes, yes, these guys are correct - the ML sound system is a huge upgrade for the extra price of only about $1500 MSRP or so.... Plus if I recall, they bundle the ML system with a power convenience package (?- can anyone verify this) that gives you auto close doors and auto trunk open/close and/or adds the advanced parking system...... or something like that...
So be sure to take a close look at that other option package that you'd be missing when giving up the ML system.
I have heard a new stock system (complete with tape deck!!! - wow) and it sounds just like my old '85 honda accord's stock system.
