Sounds to me like you've got a bent/warped wheel. Even if you can't spot a visible bend, there's a good chance it's still there. Bent wheels alot of times have a "sweet spot" or a certain MPH where it becomes noticeable. The only other conclusion would be something in the axles/drive components but I seriously doubt that.

I believe this TSB (driveline vibration L-SB-0147-08)may relate to jmcraney's post. Sorry, I tried uploading this PDF but it kept failing on me.

This issue is more common that many of us think. I had taken my 22s off the car and still a tiny bit of vibration ( although much better). After 3 weeks in the shop the SA tells me that they think its the oem factory chrome wheels. The chrome lets the tire turn on the wheel, therefore ruining the match balance. There is a TSIB for the vibration but they will need to remove the headliner. In my case I am outside factory warranty with the Lexus extended warranty. Apparently they will not cover the fix. I am going to see how the car feels and then try the fix out of my pocket.
