It is about 1hr from me, but likely tomorrow I could take a detour to look at it, if someone from outside the area wants eyes on it.
If its been dealer serviced, I do have a contact at the only Lexus dealer in town who should know the car as well.

Ecru is the color. Aniline is the dye process to color the leather which retains natural grain appearance. The leather upgrade in CLs and ULs is either the "semi-aniline" (black or bordeaux colors) or the comfort "nappa" leather (ecru and saddle colors). The interior color depends on the exterior color. Nappa leather (ecru or saddle color) is the softer of the two.

Well I did check it out for someone on here, and it did not disappoint.
I was a little pressed on time so I didn't get to take it on the expressway, but on the drive around my old neighborhood it drove great. The owner (who's 70 yoa his friend said) wasn't there, but he had his great-nephew and friend show it to me.
Just a few minor surface imperfections. Car was under a car cover. Owner was advised it wasn't a great car in the winter by his biz partner who also owns one, so he has an awd suv as well. The dealer technician told him to never sell the car..haha.
But he wants to consoldiate down to one new awd sedan.
This is the worst wheel rash by far. One wheel is perfect.

15k sounds pretty fair for that car. The black/black combo is desirable and the low miles and solid history I think is a good buy. If that car was at a Lexus dealer they would be asking 18k plus. Clean well kept 04-06 seem to be holding value well.
I would try to negotiate at least 500 off to get the factory wheels reconditioned.
