Telescoping Wheel Making Noise
My steering wheel is making a squeaking like noise when it goes down and when I turn the car off, and it goes back up. What should I do? Is there an area on the column that needs lubricating....gears, etc?
Any help appreciated

Most likely the bushing needs to be replaced. It's really cheap for a new one. It supports the end of the jackshaft for the telescope motor. You could try spraying it with lithium grease and then working the motor in and out while you push and pull the wheel. It might free it up for a while.
