Default New owner with question-

New to Lexus brand and impressed. Purchased a 2001 LS 430 UL,after reading through clublexus postings and realizing what exceptional vehicles they are. I have 127,000 miles and it drives beautifully. Friday morning I came out to a dead battery and proceeded to the Lexus dealer and got a new battery. I asked about service history on my vehicle and there isn't one record- the car was always service at a local mechanic.. I found out the timing belt was changed 11,000 miles ago and that's most important. I private messaged the guy on here from stoptech about some rotors. My question is I am going to get an oil change. What oil should I buy? Full synthetic? High mileage? Blend? I want to get many many more miles from this car as I am in love already! So what's the general consensus here? I was thinking high mileage full synthetic to have the most detergent.. Anything else? Also, anyone that can help me figure how to update my navigation I would greatly appreciate. According to the Lexus owners site, the DVD they use for my vehicle hasn't updated since 2013. Where would I get an update ? Half the time it looks as if I'm driving in the middle of the boonies.. Thanks guys, so, oil and navi?
