Heelllllp!!!!!! mirror loose!!!

My passenger mirror is completely loose. And just swings/flaps? Any help

The spring inside the mirror housing had come loose due to worn retaining washer and/or shaft. You need to find ways to retension the spring and keep it that way.

Ok I thought the diy was just for the power folding mirror problem. I searched for loose mirror and found nothing. I seen stuff on YouTube but that was for the IS class so I assume it will be about the same then?
