ABS activates right as I'm about to stop
I just had my rear brakes and rotors replaced, and now I notice that the ABS activates right as I come to a stop. No lights are coming on to indicate any problems, but I haven't hooked it up to a reader yet. Just noticed the issue last night. When my guy was removing a caliper, one of the bolts snapped and had to be removed. I don't know if this would have anything to do with this issue. Anyone ever have an issue like this?

I had this problem on my 99LS, turned out to be a speed/ABS sensor wasn't seated all the way in its hole in knuckle.
I would start with pulling the sensors, cleaning them and reinstalling. If that doesn't help, you might want ot hook it up to a computer to see what sensor out the 4 is bad. New sensors are pricey, but you can get a used on Ebay, tha is what I did.
Hope this helps.

A bad sensor will activate a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC). Unfortunately, they are "C" type DTC (chassis) so they will not activate the check engine light, and most ordinary OBDII readers can only retrieve "P" type DTC's. My local AutoZone store has a high-end OBDII reader and will retrieve DTC for customers for free. Give your local auto parts store a try. Otherwise your friendly Lexus dealership may offer a free read for you...
Here are the speed sensor related DTC's:
C0200/31 - Right Front Sensor
C0205/32 - Left Front Sensor
C0210/33 - Right Rear Sensor
C0215/34 - Left Rear Sensor
The ABS activates whenever it senses one or more wheels are rotating at different speeds. A bad sensor will give the ABS this false signal.
