The TPMS system on the LS430 sucks. I didn't know one of my wheels were bent and was leaking air when I bought the car, and the TPMS light never came on when the tire would get low. Over the past three years I've had the car, the light has only came on once.

The older 2001-2003 LS430's don't have TPMS do they?

This literally sounds like me a few days ago, I've been noticing bad ride on the car, then when I check I had about 14psi on my right front tire.

You may need to do what I have done. Remove the tire and sand the bead.

Had the same experience on my right front wheel. Tire was 14 psi and tpms light never came on. Didnt ride any different and i never checked until i noticed my tire going very bald on the outer edge. so now in the market for new tires and need to be more vigilant with the pressure checking

Don't the tire dealers and the dealer have some bead sealant you can use until you can refinish the insides of the rim?

Just wanted to reply back to this thread. I had been experiencing this for a while, I came back from a couple of trips and would find my wheels at 14psi, pretty scary! I was going to replace them but read the thread about being able to fix it. I obviously don't have a machine to dismount the wheels and didn't want to keep and going back and forth to discount so I found a wheel repair place. They were able to take the tires off, and redo the inside of the wheel completely and reseal everything. Cost $105 per wheel so I had the fronts done which were giving me issues. Its no longer leaking. I was going to replace them with used OEM of the same, but the UL wheels are expensive. I didn't want to go aftermarket since my tires are pretty new in good shape. So I saved alot overall going this route. Not to mention the car rides much better. I was constantly losing pressure in tires before at random points so it always felt off until I was able to fill up air every couple of days.
