Driver seat continuous clicking noise.
My driver seat started making a clicking noise. It does it whether the car is on or off. I pulled the fuse and it stopped for a little while but it came back. Any suggestions? One of the tilt levers doesn't seem like it's working. Do I need to reprogram the seat?

There is a seat controller reset operation where you basically run the controls from one end of their operation to the other. So, all the way reclined back then all the way forward. You might try that with all of the seat adjustments. If one of the levers isn't working, I'd guess it's either stuck or maybe you have a bad/shorted connection.
If you are desperate you might try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and see if it resets something.

Thank you so much for reading and responding. Here's a little more info about what is going on. The seat will go forward and back with the big lever but it will not go up and down...but the seat will tilt all the way down with the other tilt lever.... the other day I pulled fuse #23 (has something to do with "power seat") and the clicking stopped. But on it's own it came back after I was driving and stays on 100% of the time (a little worried about it draining my battery overtime) it's so annoying!!! My seat position settings do not beep and when I press the seat doesn't move. I'm lost. any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

There are seat position sensors in the wiring diagrams but I'm not sure where they are located. It could be one of those position sensors is bad or shorted or maybe your vertical adjustment switch is stuck on the on position. I'm afraid, short of getting the detailed troubleshooting docs for the driver's seat and probing pins on the various connectors, you'll probably just have to leave the fuse out (or take it to a competent shop). Leaving the clicking noise on will probably burn out a motor sooner or later.
I guess it's possible the noise could be the seat heater/cooler (if your model has that) and the seat adjustment issue is unrelated to the noise.

long shot...and I am almost sure I am wrong....but!!! Could this be your seat cooler fan being left on? That certainly wouldnt explain the seat buttons not working....but a fan w a piece of paper in it would make a ticking noise
