hello again
Is there any way to make the voice commands work better? ive tried everything from taking clearer, all windows up, no air on . It seems to have no problem to change audio settings and temperature , but that's about it, any help

Totally agree with jim. My personal experience with the system is it recognizes what I say less than 50% of the time (even the 'simple' commands of temperature). Even after repeating and repeating and changing the variables as you guys described, I still bad results.
I never used it again after trying to showoff to someone in the car (but was merely embarrassed by the system). I said something simple like "temperature 68" or whatever the command was, and it ended up wanting to change POI's on the nav screen. lol.
I found it less stressful to just accept it's not a good system and pretend it doesn't exist.
Now my 2012 F150? It goes through a voice calibration process and asks you to repeat about 30 words to associate your voice to the command. It is very very accurate, although I don't use it either. It was fun for the first day of ownership, but lost its luster quickly.
