Default Fender rolling experience..

So this is one of those times when you want to do something, but dee inside, you really don't want to do it. And today was one of those days that I just had to mess up.

Lowered my car recently and taking hard right turns was a problem, as the tire would get caught in the fender while doing so.

So I thought of rolling that tab where the screws that hold the black plastic trim piece on to the fender. And I got the Eastwood fender roller and a decent heat gun.

Started working taking my time heating up the fender and slowly rolling it. Rolled it a tad too much and the fender dimpled right where the screw holes are on the fender's edge.

I am so mad right now, and can't decide on what to do. So I want to hear suggestions from experienced members who went through the same process.

1- Buy new VIP fenders.
Get new aftermarket fenders and have them painted, or even just vinyl'd, because that seems to be the way my project is headed.

2- Do I take it to a custom work body shop, and have them fix it and widen it just a little bit.
IS it even fixable at this stage?

Thanks.

Can anyone explain how/why the dimpling happens

My rear fenders were rolled very well but my fronts are only rolled at the top of the arch. I'm looking to get lower offset wheels and need to roll further down but don't want to cause a dimple.

There's a hole in the lip of the fender, where the screw goes through to hold that black plastic trim piece to the fender. And when you roll, that spot becomes a weak spot to the whole structure of the arch, causing it to do these ugly dimples.
