Default MANY thanks!

Thanks to all who post here. I'm a new member who was having some acceleration lag problems, and a VSC off light issue. Because of the experiences of others, and their willingness to share, I was able to clean the MAF sensor myself (now that's how this car is supposed to accelerate!) and avoid a MAJOR expense by my local mechanic in regards to replacing an expensive module to "repair" the VSC issue. His inexperience in replacing the brakes caused the VSC off light to come on in the first place! Thanks again to all!

Fire that local mechanic; register with sewell Lexus, find a dealer you can trust and start learning the ART of price shopping, negotiations, and asking for a discount. Oh and yes, as u stated, arm yourself with the knowledge found on these forums. Glad it all worked out for ya!
