Sanding and polishing the headlights
Finally broke down and did mine. It was a lot of work. I'm not 100% satisfied with it yet but I was able to remove almost all the pitting and clean up the lens.
800 wet sand
1500 wet sand
3000 dry sand
and then polished out.

Finished product. The little bit of blur on the drivers side is wax not wiped off. Don't know if I want to clear coat or do another type of protection on the lens. I'm happy with it. Just don't want it to degrade.

If you periodically wax it as you see any hazing you can keep it looking as it is now. I had my mom's Honda sealed and it eventually peeled off and I had to do them again.

I used the Sylvania kit on mine, I was really happy with the results. The clear coat stage at the end was what really made them pop. It's been about a year now, and no yellowing that I can see.
