Vaisitech models for 2004 LS 430
I have a 2004 LS430 with the Mark Levinson stereo. I would like to use iTunes & Pandora in the car and I am looking for a way to connect iphone 5 to the stereo. The Lexus dealers in Cincinnati & Dayton will not install an iPod or iPhone connection in the car. I am curious if others on this website have used a vasitech installation with this model car. I am also looking for a capable installer near Ohio. The car is in mint condition so I would like a top notch installation.
Thanks for your help.

i am also looking at the Grom or Vaistech unit, both should work they are pretty much same price on ebay, vais is about 20/40 $ higher. I am liking Grom for its USB playback.
If you need to hookup your iphone go with vaistach ..search diy in the forum great instructions and simple to do you can do it yourself

The audio shop that did mine, really nice place, did not think much of either. I think both are really not at any longevity levels like the OEM stereo. Anyway, they actually said they have another unit that they sell that is also bluetooth. I don't know if it is USB. I believe there are a few other options out there. I should call and find out what it is they sell exactly. Uses the satellite button if installed.

I put in a Sirius radio unit with the iSimple gateway from SoundsGreatUSA on Amazon and it was quite easy. The gateway plugs into the back of the radio where the large connector is currently connected and the current connector plugs into the back of the gateway. Couldn't be easier. Works great. Cycles through the AM/Sat and iPod or MP3 with every push of the button. Couldn't be easier. It took only a couple hours to do it all. The gateway was around $150 or so and something close to that if you want a sat radio module too. The gateway has a simple 3.5mm headphone jack plug or a Apple interface. I snaked the wire into the sunglass drawer and tied it back there so I can close the drawer to protect the wire out of sight. Sweet.

Sunglasses Drawer? Up Above?
I meant the drawer on the center console that's about 3 inches from the amp.
What would you call this drawer? To differentiate?
