Default Replacing F&R Struts

Hi All

Looking for some guidance regarding replacing the front and rear struts on my 04 LS430 with Sport Suspension. I'm also replacing the front rotor and pads at the same time. If someone could give me a detailed explanation it would be appreciated. I think I have an idea, just felt it was easier to ask the 1st time around for any special info that might be needed. The car currently has 175k on the original struts and front rotors

Thanks
