Question 19" Linea Corse rims

I was planning to buy a second hand 19" Linea Corse Avant lightweight rims which's having the following spec:

Rim specs: 19" Linea Corse
Bolt pattern: 5x114.3
Width: 8.5 inches all around with about 1" lip
Offset: +35mm

Will they fit easily into my LS430, HALF Ultra, cause i am now running the OEM 18".

And I am wondering how my ride will look after installation..

Please reply me soon cause i am in a hurry,,,

Will a +35 offset clear the brake calipers? Isn't stock like +45? Personally, I don't care for the spoke pattern on that particular wheel.

if you're worried about the fitment, it should fit with no problem.

but clearing the brake caliper is the main issue (as mentioned below) for most wheels since the brake caliper is pretty big

offsets do not determine whether or not they will clear the brakes.
it's the shape of the inside spokes-look for high disc

the tire is also a big part of the 'will it fit'... check the 1010 tires calculator website to find out what size tire to run.

They should clear the calipers with the specs you gave, no issue

Make sure it has "high disk"/BBK clearance on the spokes. If not, you'll need about 15mm of spacer and you may have fender rubbing issues. In addition with the fronts, the rears will also need spacers to make the fitment match.
