Bluetooth phone volume
I have my Blackberry connected via the Bluetooth set up in the car, but the volume seems a little low. I have it set on the Navigation screen to the maximum level but I notice that the volume setting on the phone itself is only about half way. The volume control on the phone seems to be deactivated when connected to the cars Bluetooth and so I can't adjust the volume to a higher setting.
Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix?

[INDENT[/INDENT]This really works. Turn your car on. Hold down the options button on the right side bezel of the navigation screen. Turn your parking lights on and off 3 times. This will bring up a hidden menu screen and you can increase the BT volume there. Try it before you judge the strange procedure. This works on an 2004 LS 430. And even on a 2004 g 470. Good luck.

I just tried this and it worked. You have keep the OPTION button depressed while turning the parking lights on an off and then the hidden menu screen appears.
Thanks

yes it works,,
I only wish we could reprogram the system to use all the speakers in lieu of the lower left driver leg area,, my wife is the one normally talking on the phone and I have to run up the volume for her to hear from that speaker,, would think it would have been an easy one for Lexus to employ the entire audio system for the phone connection,,
