i just changed the wiper inserts for about $8 from irontoad... they don't have it listed on their website, so you either have to call or email them to order...
my recommendation is that you just get the oem inserts and put them in yourself...
i wasn't clear on how to install them, then did a search and found a lengthy description that didn't really help much, but then realized what they meant after i figured it out myself...
i can't remember the details of how it's done, but can offer a couple of tips...
- to get at the wipers, turn off car as the wipers are in the up position
- you have to get the 2 old metal spines (per insert) and use them for your new inserts otherwise they won't stay on
- no need to replace the actual wiper blades, new inserts make it work like new
good luck

The above is for the Toyota inserts. There are also some drawings and additional instructions in the package.
EDIT: if you're only asking how to remove the OEM blades, the Driver side has a little flip-latch thing on the connector that you raise to allow you to slide the blade down on the arm hook. The Passenger side has a little release lever on the bottom side of the connector that you press down to unlatch it and allow you to slide the blade out of the arm hook. Install is the reverse of removal, except that you don't need to bother with the release lever on the Passenger side -- it'll snap in place by itself.
Note the other comments in the thread linked above -- not all aftermarket blades will fit the LS properly (if you are thinking of using aftermarket blades).
