Default 91 LS400 Cooling Fan Problem

My coolant temp started rising (I'm in Fl, A.C. is on) and stopped and found out that cooling fans not working.
Having some knowledge but no diagnostic tools, replaced all 3 cooling fan relays behind the drivers headlamp.
Bingo, fans started working - thought it was such a good day - fixed on first try.
2 days later, fans quit again. So something is burning out one of the relays.
Any suggestions please on how to locate the actual problem? Maybe a fan motor dying or shorting out???
Thanks for looking at this thread!

/Don

And how do you know the relays are burning out? Have you checked them?

Hi Dicer - did not check relays but replace all 3. Then fans and system started working again for 2 days, then failed again.

Maybe not the relays. Could be the temp switch/ sensor at the bottom of the radiator.

Hi Dicer - the temp gauge on my dash is working perfectly - would that be form the same sensor, or does the one on bottom of radiator just go for the fan control?

Thank you for checking!!!

The bottom radiator is for fans, the temp gauge one is behind the engine coolant temp sensor on the right front side of the coolant manifold.
