[Help] 1996 LS400 My radio does not light up

That is an easy soldering job. You use a solder wick on just one pad and on the pad you leave some solder on you touch the solder iron to it as you put on the resister.
Then you touch the iron and solder to the other side. You wick the last side to be soldered so the component will sit flat on both pads. Look it up on you tube how to solder surface mount components. And again if that part was loose the board may benefit from being reflowed. That is where the whole board is heated up in an oven so all the solder remelts.

Sorry for not posting a update sooner I have been busy

Got some good news she’s WORKING!!!!! . So far everything lights up and the radio sounds like it has more power to it. I have posted below images of it fixed . My car now feels newer! Thanks for the help everyone and I hope the pictures I posted can help others .

No someone else did it. The day I think you made your post it was already getting fixed. But I don't have a soldering iron on me nor have I done any soldering for 2 years. It was free since they were friends of my dad and had proper equipment to do it and test it.
