Default new set of michelins for my 99

well I broke down and went to discount tires and bought a set of Michelin Latitude Touring HP tires for my 99 LS...
I got 235 55 17's and I hope they hold up the rest of my life.... I am wanting to get it all fixed up for my wife..
now dont get me wrong, I am not planning to leave earth, but at 82 and not in good condition I just want to be ready.

What? Not in good shape? If I remember you as a youngster looked like you were in top shape. What you need is a project car so you can get some good exercise and forget about the age deal 82 is the new 52, so get that project car and have fun.

+1, projects, goals will keep you in gear, plenty of time for more cars. Aim beyond becoming a centenarian.

This is just like that dent in the fender, you were just gona live with it, but after a bit of prodding you took a toilet plunger and worked miracles. If you can do that with a toilet plunger just think what you can accomplish on your next car project. If its not a big car start building some models or radio controlled cars or something to keep the wheels turning. If you had a car project its for fun and some exercise not for seeing how fast you can do something on it take your time and enjoy it.

as you guys read your Bibles, you must have missed this verse:1 Corinthians 2:9 (KJV) 9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

this life is just a forerunner of things to come, when we really start to live, with the LORD..

In that simple approach: it is the life in your years, not years in your life. For the present time, the boundaries are unknown. This reminds me to get up off my 6 and be productive too.

But for now your are stuck in the here and now, and just giving up maybe not a good thing in his eyes either, everything with life except plants have a desire to live.
I can think of one exception to that, a broken heart can take that desire away even in the animal world.
So again, need to clear the mind and get a nice project to dwell on, some place in the book it also said, he gives man an occupation, to be occupied, in other words for something to do now. My quote is not exact words its from memory.
Oh and declining heath can be caused by declining activity and interest in what ever your interested in, and God is not included in this interest thing. Cars were your life at one time, and God can be too, but keeping the mind active with the systems on the newer cars would be a very good thing for you. And keeping the hands busy too even if it hurts, been there done that. You and the wife need to take short walks too, don't just sit. Besides this site can not afford to lose you, also you are not posting enough here you and Yamae are the two biggest assets here.

There are people my age that look older than you Billy, and that's about 20 years younger than you are. Don't even think your in not in good condition that is the main thing that will put you there.

Hi, I did not realize my left front wheel took most of the hit when the lady hit Judy, After I put the tires on I took it in for a 4 wheel alignment and the man said it was WAY out of spec's, so he aligned it up per spec's
here is the printout....
