Default HELP - Driver Window Controls + PS Leak

I bought my 95 LS400 February 2015, had 158k, and I didn't realize until I drove home that the driver window controls don't work, the driver window control works but the other 3 switches don't. I really want to try to get this fixed before summer this year. Anyone know what could be wrong or if I need to do any more investigating? My power steering also has been leaking since I bought it, but alternator is surprisingly still working, seems to be taking a different path down the engine. I know there is many threads on that so I have an idea, but any quick help for that would be very appreciated! I'm loving this car and it's coming along to my liking, except for the awful condition of the paint haha

There is a window lock button, is it in the right spot?

Easiest fix for the leaky power steering problem is to remove the sensor with two hoses going to it on the power steering pump. I had a spare oil plug laying around that had the same thread size and just put it in. Then plug off the two hoses and be on your way. This solved the vast majority of my power steering leaks. A trip to the pick/pull would gain you a replacement power window switch assembly(maybe $10) to try.
