tt supra calipers
Would I gain front clearance if I switch to tt calipers from 99 ls calipers?
If so anyone know how much?
Would there be a gain or loss in braking power?
if loss, noticable?

I don't think there is going to be much information on this, as LS400s generally have the best brakes available on any Toyota model (not including the newer Tundras) and people tend not to screw with them

We have a thread somewhere here discussing the dimensions. It is a minimal difference between them my memory recalls. Certainly not enough if you need 10-15 mm because the wheels are not high disk. Talking maybe 3-6 mm at most for that. PD (Puredrifter)had probably posted it regarding the swap on the 1-LS using either the Supra or 2-LS caliper differences.

actually i heard that YES you will gain more clearance when going supra TT calipers bc they are smaller in cross sectional dimension. the exact number escapes me but i can guesstimate around only 3-5mm of clearance gained. The LS caliper is slightly lighter though.
i would just get wheels that fit better, or spacers to clear your calipers.
