Default Headlight leveling

Guys ,have this mistake on ls400 98 year. My headlights do not move up and down. Can you give me part number of the leveling sensor?

There is also a sensor on the front control arm.

OMG!

Remind me to never break that!

Maybe auto leveling is not that important?
You could try ebay.
