1990 ls400 brake issue
I recently bought my first lexus. 1990 lexus ls400 . Have a few issue, the major one is my brake pedal wants to slowly sink into the floor when trying to stop. I replaced the master cylinder and went to bleed the system. The rear was fine when I went to go bleed the front nothing came out of either side. I then went to go bleed it from the abs near the air filter box and still nothing came out of the front left or right????? Maybe someone has had the same problem or knows a direction I should go in. Always wanted a ls400 and really want to keep it.

You should be able to buy a "pressure Bleeder" basically you fit this device over the master cylinder reservoir and it uses compressed air to force the brake fluid down the lines as you open the bleed nipples.
Did you fit a new master cylinder?

I've had the same problem before. Have you tried checking your brake lines? My brake lines pinched together and you cannot see it by the naked eye. I switched to Goodridge steel braided lines and that fixed my problem. Btw welcome to the Lexus Forum

The source of my problem was the master cylinder it self. Went and bought oem with new reservoir. Lesson learned reman doesn't mean working. Thanks for the input switching to steel branded lines next
