1990 Lexus LS 400 Drive shaft Leak?? Flexible Couplings
Ok Well thank you all for reading this and i hope that you guys can give your two cents.
i have attached two pictures one is saturated.(picture effect) this one shows whrere the leak looks like its coming from the oil is reddish Brown also i have taken it to 2 ASE certified Mechanic shops and they tell me that its from the rack an pinion and ps pump and is there any type of leak detector that i can purchase for tranny fluid so that i can see if infact its coming from the transmission. The ps pump hasn't had PS fluid in a while like about a year. replacing it this weekend the second picture has arrows pointing to no particular place but just wondering if there are any seals and or ring that can make this leak . so plese give me some insight pictures courtesy of lexls.com
