Per seller these wheels will clear 14" Brembo big brake kit...

Pics seller just me.

Any thoughts? Will it clear the front calipers?

This the 18x8 et40

This is the 19x8.5 et35

Difficult to say based on a picture. Other option is to take one of your factory wheels and measure the spoke distance where the caliper is and have him do same to those wheels. If that comes out with more, you can be reasonably confident.

Thx for the quick response.

I'm not certain if I follow you. Can you pls elaborate on the measurement you want me to do? Sorry for being slow.

Very similar to measuring wheel off-set but you are taking the measurement from the hub distance to spoke instead.

1. With wheel on car, use a felt tip marker to mark the spoke of the wheel where the caliper is the closest.
2. Remove wheel, using a straight edge across the wheel hub measure the distance from the bottom of straight edge (that edge sits on the hub) down to the mark on the spoke. That is the basic clearance necessary to not contact the caliper.

This is still no guarantee of full clearance but you will have some ball park numbers to relay to the seller. He will also have to make a careful measurement to relay back to you. For LS owners looking for wheels "high disk" is sought for front caliper clearance.

I was being told that when disk sizing is changed it effects offset which seems incorrect to me, offset should remain the same the depth of the face is what is changed thus giving the larger lip over caliper clearance.
