Welcome to Club Lexus.

The car stalls when it is raining or there is high humidity? There are probably other symptoms but the easiest rather than wild shots is to have the diagnostic codes read. Then you can fix as necessary.

The Codes were read an it came up nothing .... One guy I talk to yesterday said that it might be a very small crack in the Distributor an or Rotor Cap an I might have to change it ???

how many miles? how long have you had your LS? Could be just a tune up. A good way to check is start the car and with it running take a spray bottle and mist the wires. Look for any arcing.(blue sparks) also listen. does it start to misfire? The best way to find out whats happening, is to open the hood and get in there. Don't be afraid to poke and prod.

the only things I can think of is plug wires (good ones) and a faulty coil (cracked), because of humidity causing your trouble..

Intake air temperature sensor could also be the culprit.

Go back to basics: Compression, spark and fuel. Get a can of starting ether, spray a second into throttle body opening; if it starts and tries to run a few seconds, then you have a fuel delivery problem. If not, check for hot spark at the distributor when cranking. Go from there.

Check wiring harness at the trunk hinges to make sure there is no wire fraying. If not, I would look at your ECM / ECU next for leaking caps. That is if you are taking care of the basics. Battery, alternator, etc...

yes, when you are pulling your hair out, and don't know what to do, and have tried everything, it seems it always turns out to be defective ECU capacitors

just this month I fixed crazy intermittent problems that could not seem to be traced down on three different cars, just by changing ECU caps!

the cars were:

1995 LS400
1996 Acura RL
1986 Nissan 300 ZX
