cusco strut bar wont fit. :(
so i bought this cusco strut bar and from japan and they said it would fit ucf 10-11, and 20-21 and it will not fit on my ucf10 without modification and i dont know if i should try to make it fit of just use the cheap ebay one i bought. i checked cusco and it is part number 917 540 A and it says it only fits the ucf20-21. the cusco bar seems that it would make the front alot more stiff but if it won't fit then it won't fit.

Past time, Lexkost and I cut some aluminum spacers so that there would be engine cover etc...clearance. .25" If not wanting that spacer in there, bending the Supra bars a bit more allowed the clearance. On the Cusco that doesn't look to have any width adjustment, bending that will reduce width. A 5+ mm spacer may be necessary depending what/where it is hitting the bar.

i think i would have to do something like this to make it work but then i dont want to make the structural integrity of it weak and have it crack later.

i was thinking about the fact that it was made for rhd cars. the bar is bent odd so it will fit over the stock intake on the pass side( LHD) and it looks like the cutout on the bracket would make sense that it was for rhd...
the intake is just a tube from some random car that was still laying around the shop and a maf adaptor thing. i am still getting the vaccume lines right and just have it "ghetto rigged together" to start it and move it around until i finish the 5 spd swap.
