Question 97' LS4 - Changing the front blinker

Has anyone had to change the bulb in the front blinker? I have taken the screws out but cant get the lens off. I have pulled about as hard as I can. I dont wanna get crazy with it or anything, is there some screws on the inside of the bumper or something so you have to go to the dealer. Anyway I thought I would check with you all first. Thanks for your time.

you know, I was wondering if they could just be stuck on from so many years. I think these are the original bulbs.

Thanks for the input, I guess I will give it another go and try to pop them out since you were able to.

Agreed - There are two lenses for each blinker assembly as you know. You take one off to get to the other screw. The small one wedges into the larger one so a flat blade with gentle force will get it out.

I was able to get the blinker cover off. Thanks for your advice.

New problem: The bulb wasn't bad?!?
I checked the plastic part that holds the bulb too, it was good. I guess that means that I will have to follow the wires to see where the short is. ughh
