'95 LS dies ONLY when getting off freeway ONLY when below ~55* ambient
Car never gives me trouble except on cold mornings when I'm getting off the freeway after my ~60 mile commute, when it's 55* or below. It'll die once I exit unless I maintain the revs myself. No other issues ever, car runs and drives like it should the whole way, it's just when my speed decreases... Once I start the car again, it runs great, like nothing ever happened.

does seem to be the behavior of a bad ECU - it will do this no matter the temperature - it may be happenstance that it just started this in the change of seasons - did it behave like this last fall/winter?

mine behaves like this after long drives - I can pull off the freeway after driving 80 mph for 3 hours and it idles so low it does die at times, but it will not do this in regular daily driving. it also will have the "hiccup" at times when letting off the gas pedal - both signs of a faulty ECU, it only acts up about 30% of the time. bad thing is these cant be reprogrammed for the fact they use Flash memory tech, so you have to find a "repaired" unit or a unit with a specific model # that doesnt have the issue. there are several links to find a ECU replacement if you use the search option - I will be replacing mine soon enough because it seems to be getting worse.
