New Front Seats Under Warrenty
Hey All
I am posting this because I feel it pertains to all Lexus owners.
The warranty on my wife RX300 will expire next month and I have been trying to get anything replaced now while I can. Well nothing was really wrong but I put it in for its 45k service. Anyways when I was getting ready to get in to drive away I notice some ripples in the padding under the leather that I must have never noticed or paid attention to before, So I went back in to my service technician and had him take a look.
He told me this is normal ware from sliding into the seat of a RX and its just the padding bunching up. I said well that not satisfactory on a car with only 45k on it can we have it looked at to see if warranty will cover it? He took it back and got the Top service manager involved.
Anyways to make LONG story very short I now have Brand New seat bottoms for both front seats, too friggen cool! The interior looks and smells like brand new again. The new leather matches perfectly with the old seat backs.
So the point is ask, maybe push and you shale receive. Lexus definitely want very happy customers so we go tell our friends and buy more Lexus's, very smart!
