Question 93 LS400 Maintenance

I've had a 93 LS400 for a while now and a couple of random problems have been popping up. I'm looking to fix it up over the summer so that it's back to the amazing car I remember (but also without breaking the bank)

BRAKES:
I'm going to replace the pads (..should I be replacing the rotors also?) on the LS 400 on my own after dealing with squeaky brakes and bad customer service over at MIDAS. I called my local dealer and he said I could get front pads for $81 and then rear pads for another $81.. I'm wondering if that's the best option. Also, do I have to bleed the brakes after replacing the pads?

TAIL LIGHTS:
All of the tail lights are really dim, and the brake light isn't working on one side. One guy told me that the bulbs need to be replaced and somebody else told me that the entire socket is messed up.. not sure who to believe!

PASSENGER DOOR LOCK:
The front passenger door doesn't lock/unlock unless it's done directly with the key in the passenger side door.

REMOTE LOCKING:
Sometimes the remote just won't work, and other times the doors will unlock on their own after hitting the remote to lock all the doors. And then, sometimes the doors will make the sound like it's unlocking, but nothing will actually unlock.......? Lexus dealer said this could be a problem the door actuator, but couldn't quote it unless the $150 diagnostic was done.

HEADLIGHTS:
The bulbs seem really yellowish compared to today's cars.. any suggestions for a clean white?

Any suggestions would be great.. this is gonna be an awesome summer!
