Remove trim around lock cylinder and put key in acc position, then push button on top of lock cylinder with a scribe and pull on lock cylinder. Removal is the same as install but backwards. Pics sent to blackberry

What if you can't turn the key to the ACC position? I have a 1991 Lexus and can't turn the key. Any suggestions? Also, can you confirm the where the button is and how to depress it? I wasn't able to identify this button. I can send a picture if it is helpful.

This is from a 430 but is probably similar. It was mentioned that the key needed to be in the acc position to press in the pin.
