You should compare them to be sure. You still have your old door right?
But both are UCF20's, The door on a UCF10 is the same as on a UCF11, but beware, in that case the lower cladding is different.

The parts number for the outer door panel is the same for both 98 and 95 (i.e. the same as 96). But as all the other posters have pointed out, you'll have to take all the electronics out of the 96 and put it into the 98. It should take you a couple of hours maximum. (I.e. an experienced mechanic/panelbeater would do it in 15-20 minutes, but then it's his daily bread.) Just see to that you have a good steady table to work upon and see to that you have a blanket under the door, so that it won't get scratched. Then just some ordinary tools (metric sizes) and patience. A lot of pics with a digicam can be helpful if you don't remember where and how etc.
I've noted that the glass have different part numbers, probably due to the green tint on the older car and bronze in the new car, but I'm not sure about that. A new piece of glass is around $500 anyhow...
As you already have a smashed door and have had this discussion for a week, I recon you are not in extreme hurry, i.e. you can wait until a weekend or whatever so that you have ample time to really get things right.
(The price for the doors sounds really right, but any car really looks like a piece of **** if the color doesn't match. So be prepared to spend a good sum of money for a quality paintjob. )
