Default How to read suspension trouble codes?

Looks like I have some kind of problem with my air suspension because the height indicator blinks. My question is, how do I do to read the trouble code/codes? Have a account at Alldata but couldn't find how to read the codes there, only found what the codes stand for. Can it be the same procedure as described on Lexls.com on how to read the codes for transmission, airbag and ABS?

Thanks!
/Joel

Have received the trouble code now by putting a jumper over Tc and E1 (as described on Lexls.com for receiving codes for trac, ABS, and Airbag). The code was DTC 12, left front height control sensor circiut. Has to check if the circuit works or if the sensor is broke. Hopefully it's only some minor corrosion on the connector in the wheel housing which would be easy to fix. The sensor seems to be quite expensive ($450 retail price).

That's why I removed my A.S. as soon it was giving problems. It's only going to cause more trouble in the future. + it's darn expensive

You don't say. But I really like the air suspension so I'm going to fix it. The ability to increase the ground clearance is very practical on the bad roads I sometimes drives on. And to change the way the car handles on twisty roads with a flick of a button is just great.

Have checked it out more now and it looks like the sensor is going bad. The circuit is OK so it must be the sensor. And some times the suspension warning (blinking height mode) disappears just to come back minutes later. The car is still very drivable, the automatic in the suspension just doesn't work when the sensor is bad.

I don't doubt it. I have to agree it rides perfect. But it keeps giving problems, that's what I wanted to say, just for a warning that it comes with a price.

I've taken everything of the A.S. out of my car (saves some weight)... too bad I'm in the Netherlands . Practicaly all of the LS400's here are equipped with Air Suspension...A lot of part cars due that fact. Most consider it too expensive and dispose of the entire car because they don't know a less costly solution

how do i know if its just the circuit or the sensor itself . I got codes 13,22
which is rear right circuit , and rear actuator circuit.
I have described my problems in this other threat . After the rain storm we had few weeks ago the sus light came on and the airpump no longer turns on ! it actually worked after warm up of car then it stops working again after a while and now it does not work at all. Any advice will help! thank you
