Default the driver seat updated(real bad day#2)

Today, my friend drove my car (first generation LS) and suddenly, he changes the position of the seat so it could suit him and when I want to get it back to the normal position, only one side came up. Anyone know how to fix the seat without paying high price?? And by the way the passenger seat is ok please help thanks

The slider or whatever you call it, that move the seat up and down are working fine but just the one that moving the seat back and forward (for your back) is not working right.... I cannot drive the car anymore because it is very uncomfortible. It is almost in the sleep position!!

Default Seat Back

Check out this link from a couple of months ago, where I described what I did to fix a similar problem on my '92 LS.

Default REAL BAD DAY

After all I got my hand on the seat and after I inspect the seat, the shaft connected from the left to the right is so worn out that I cannot fix it!!!! I need the new one from the dealer but the shaft cost $25.00 (have to special order) and the installation would be about $50-75. Also when I wake up this morning my one of my rear tire have a big hole in it and flat like hell. After taking it to the tire shop they cannot repair it because the hole was so big....! The cost for the new tire is $375.00 (bridgestone SO-3 245/35/19)....!!! How bad is that??? That's not all, I was going to use my Porsche for the time I get the Lexus fixed and this afternoon the Porsche overheat....and then the fan came on and stay on for so long that the battary is dead!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe this happen in just 24 hours......seat, tire, and now the overheating!!!!

edit: I forgot to ask, the dealership is giving you a loaner, RIGHT???
