Brake making noise after tuneup.
Hi all,
I just got my 1999 LS400 tuned up be a mechanic. Changed spark plugs, air filter, cabin filter and fuel filter. Just now when I pulled up in my driveway I noticed a 'Spring Pulling Noise' from front (under the hood). Hitting the brakes when parking makes that noise every time. Why would that happen all of the sudden when brakes were not worked on. Any idea?
