1994 LS400 with 168k miles.
Dealer asking $3999 but he admits the car needs a steering pump.
Also said he will work with me on the price because of the pump.
All in all, car seems to be in relative good condition.

Now, how much should I offer for this vehicle?
What would be a good price since car will not be driveable until pump is
replaced.

Also, about how much would this repair cost at?
Not a do-it-yourself person.

overpriced for cali, pump at a shop will be around 4-700, would prolly drop maybe 2800-3000 on that car assuming everything else was MINT, then just do the work myself.
