Default P0100 & P0110 car not starting..clicks only.

My car is Lexus LS400 model 2000
While trying to start my car it keeps clicking without starting engine..sometimes engine starts and die direct...but after many tries it starts.

i have checked the car with error code reader and got these error codes:

P0100 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Malfunction
P0110 Intake Air Temperature Circuit Malfunction

Please guys anyone knows how to fix these code problems?

make sure the MAF is plugged in, might need to replace it, run some diag tests on the MAF First.

not too common a problem in 95+ and 98+ cars.

I think i caused these errors shown up, since i started the car with having unpluged MAF--->> just forget about these error codes.

Anyway PD do you have any idea about the starting problem? Is it the starter? do i have to change it as Grand LS did ?
i had the starting problem before..
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...g-problem.html
But after cleaning my battery terminals it was gone and car was starting from the fisrt click until yesterday .. again the starting problem came back... car clicks clicks clicks and not starting , but it starts after many tries.
i checked the starter relay heared the click sound, so its not the relay.
i havnt checked the starter fuse...becuase i think if its blown starter fuse then the car will not start at all i guess? am i right?
what else should i do ! before changing the starter which will cost me alot of $$$
