Exclamation PS Fluid Poisoning Sensors?

If the vaccuum control valve is leaking power steering fluid into the induction system, will any of the engine sensors become "poisoned" and begin feeding misinformation to the various control systems. If this is possible, can the sensors go through "detox" so to speak?
